- 1 cup cooked fava beans or canned fava beans (Foul)
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 3 cloves garlic crushed with 1 tspn salt (as desired)
- 2 tbls finely chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- Drain warm fava beans. Put in a bowl. Mix garlic, lemon juice and 1/2 quantity of oil. Add to beans and mix well.
- Garnish with parsley and olive oil. Serve with spring onions and tomatoes.
