Porsche opens new restaurant in Atlanta

Porsche Cars North America Inc. has officially opened the doors to its new fine dining “Restaurant 356” in Atlanta, Georgia.

“Restaurant 356″ is located within the company’s new $100 million Porsche Experience Center, offering panoramic views of their driver development track and the runway of the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.

Heading up the cuisine at Restaurant 356 is chef Kyle Forson, the former executive sous chef at The Spence.

Dishes at the new restaurant will showcase world cuisine using local seasonal ingredients and will include a wide selection of wines from various regions around the world.

“I want guests to enjoy food that enhances the Porsche experience and fuses it with a sense of place,” said Chef Forson in a statement.
