Quench your thirst on a hot summer day with this refreshing drink.
Tired of just drinking plain water? Give this sparkling water refresher a try to add more flavor and nutrients to your daily hydration routine.
1/2 cup kefir
3/4 cups sparkling mineral water
slice of cucumber
Stir kefir and mineral water together in a tall glass. Serve over ice and garnish with a slice of cucumber.
Yields 1 serving.
