How to make Chicken Kofta

Chicken Kofta

Chicken Kofta is everybody’s favorite. Give restaurant food a miss by cooking a delicious batch of Kofta at home.

Preparation Time: 10 minutes approximately
Cooking Time: 15 minutes approximately
Serves: 4-5 persons

All you need

1/2 kg ground chicken
1/4 cup olive oil and mayonnaise
1 tsp. al alali Parsley Flakes
1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
1 egg
1/2 cup rice crackers, finely crushed
sea salt to taste
1 pinch of al alali Ground Black Pepper
3/4 tsp. mixed spices
2 tbsps. rice flour (gluten-free)
1 1/2 tbsps olive oil

Directions
  • In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients except flour and oil
  • Dust some flour on your hands and roll 1 tbsp of mixture into a ball
  • Repeat until all mixture is used
  • Fry in Shallow oil until brown color
  • Serve it with chutney of your choice and enjoy
