- 1 packet MAGGI Roast Chicken Gravy Mix
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 lemon, grated rind and juice
- 2 teaspoons oil
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon water
- 500 g lean lamb steaks, diced
- Combine MAGGI Roast Chicken Gravy Mix with all other ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
- Thread meat onto 8 bamboo skewers.
- Barbecue or grill skewers for 4 minutes on each side.
- Serve with vegetables or salad and rice if desired.
