Rice with spinach |
Ingredients
4 cups basmati rice soaked in water
2 tbsp margarine
Onions
garlic
Stock cube
2 cups spinach
green coriander
Minced meat
grated lemon
salt
black pepper
Nutmeg
Fried Pine
pomegranate
Preparation
Saute onion in margarine then add garlic, minced meat, salt pepper. Put some meat aside for serving.
Add spinach, coriander and stock cube. Add rice.
Add nutmeg and grated lemon then add water. Leave on heat until well cooked.
Serve rice topped with remaining and garnish with pomegranate and fried pine.
