For the cream stuffing:
2 tins NESTLÉ® Cream or 340 g
4 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon ghee, melted
2 tablespoons blossom water
3 tablespoons corn flour
For the mafruka dough:
4 cups unsalted cashew nuts or 600 g, ground
1 cup caster sugar or 200 g
3 tablespoons rose water
3 tablespoons water
Mix in a saucepan NESTLÉ® Cream , water, ghee, blossom water and corn flour. Simmer with constant stirring until it thickens, then pour in a large dish and set aside to cool at room temperature.
Place ground cashew nuts, sugar, rose water and water in a bowl and mix well to form dough.
Take a small piece of cashew nuts dough and flatten with your hands and place a teaspoon of the cooled cream stuffing. Close carefully to form a ball.
Press the stuffed dough into a wooden maamoul mold to form a pattern on the upper side of the dough.
