Kunafa Rolls with Nuts & Syrup

Ingredients:
- Ready-made kunafa sheets (corniche style)
- Melted ghee or butter for brushing
- 1 cup mixed nuts (pistachios, almonds, hazelnuts), crushed
- Cold syrup (sherbet) for soaking
Method:

Rolling: Take a long strip of kunafa, place the end on the corniche sheet, and roll tightly along the length.

Brushing: After rolling 2 strips, brush with melted butter or ghee and place on a heat-resistant tray.

Baking: Bake in a preheated oven until golden and crispy.

Soaking: Once out of the oven, pour cold syrup over the rolls so they absorb it well.

Serving: Arrange on a serving plate and sprinkle crushed nuts on top for extra crunch and a touch of elegance.
