Ingredients
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 medium onion or 150 g, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 medium tomato or 150 g, peeled and diced
5½ cups water or 1375 ml
1 sachet MAGGI® Lentil Soup
300 g peeled prawns, medium size, cleaned and cut into small cubes
1½ tablespoons coriander leaves, coarsely chopped
Preparation
Warm olive oil in a large saucepan, cook onions and garlic with stirring until they become tender. Stir in cumin seeds and tomato and cook with stirring for 2 minutes.
Add water and MAGGI® Lentil Soup . Bring to boil with constant stirring and simmer over low heat for 8 minutes.
Add the prawns and simmer for another 5 minutes or until prawns are cooked.
Just before serving stir in the coriander.
