Fried Cauliflower
Fried Cauliflower recipe

Preparation time: 20 minutes
Serves: 6


• 1 head cauliflower,  broken into small florets
• 1 teaspoon cumin
• 3 eggs
• ½ cup flour
• ½ teaspoon Baking Powder
• ⅓ cup milk
• Salt and pepper, to taste
• 1 teaspoon cumin
• bunch coriander
• handful dill
• handful parsley
• water, to boil
• sweet chili sauce, to serve


1. Boil water, salt, and cumin in a suacepan.
2. Add the cauliflower when water starts to boil and leave for 3 minutes. Remove from heat, drain and cool.
3. Beat the eggs, flour and milk together, then add salt, pepper and cumin.
4. Dip the cailiflower in the dough mixture.
5. Fry coated cauliflower in the hot oil until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
5. Serve with sweet chili sauce.
