Pan-Fried Chicken Stuffed Flatbreads

Soft on the inside, lightly golden on the outside… and filled with a creamy, flavorful chicken mixture 😍✨

Ingredients:

For the Dough:

3 cups all-purpose flour
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp instant yeast
2 tbsp oil
1 cup warm water

For the Filling:

2 cups cooked shredded chicken
½ cup grated carrot
½ cup chopped bell pepper
½ cup corn
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper

Instructions:

1️⃣ In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.

2️⃣ Add warm water and oil, then knead until a soft dough forms.

3️⃣ Cover the dough and let it rise until doubled in size.

4️⃣ In another bowl, mix all filling ingredients well.

5️⃣ Divide the dough into small balls and roll each into a circle.

6️⃣ Cook each piece in a hot pan over medium heat until golden on both sides.

7️⃣ Slice each bread slightly from the side to create a pocket.

8️⃣ Fill with the chicken mixture and serve warm.
