Authentic Gulf Daqoos Salad

🥣 Ingredients:

🍅 2 large tomatoes, peeled and finely chopped

🧄 2 garlic cloves, crushed

🌶️ Hot chili pepper, to taste

🥄 1 tablespoon oil

🥄 1 teaspoon vinegar

🧂 Salt, to taste

🌿 A pinch of cumin

🌿 A pinch of ground coriander (optional)

🍅 1 tablespoon tomato paste (optional, for a richer flavor and deeper color)

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

1️⃣ Place the tomatoes, garlic, chili pepper, vinegar, and spices in a blender and blend until combined.

If you prefer a smooth sauce, blend longer. For a chunkier texture, pulse briefly. 😍

2️⃣ Heat the oil in a small pan over medium heat. Add the blended mixture and cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened and fragrant. 🔥

3️⃣ If desired, stir in the tomato paste and let it simmer for another 2 minutes. 👌
